I was trying to change my secondary back to Elementalist today. I spoke to Cembrien in Heroes' Audience. He asked me to kill the Kree Minotaur in Salt Flats. The arrow pointed to the exit to Prophet's Path, I followed it and was surprised to see it pointing in the middle of the said area. I went there and saw the said Minotaur. I killed him, he dropped the hide, I grabbed the hide and saw that my journal was updated. I went back to Heroes' Audience but Cebrien acts just as I haven't killed the Minotaur yet. Note how the journal says I have to find Cebrien in Seeker's Passage yet points to him in 'Audience. I tried to go to Seeker's Passage too but the mage is not there.

I have a warrior in that area, and i have the Ele path mission. I will give it a try later to see if it causes me any problems.

How many times have you tried to do the mission?

Sorry, should have mentioned that you can get rid of the quest and then get it again from the same person.

I had it on a mission once before where something went wrong. Abandon the mission and you should get the option to do it again.

I abandonned the quest and took it again. This time it worked and I know why: the first time I killed the Kree Minotaur he dropped a Minotaur Hide, not a Kree Minotaur Hide!

BTW I didn't know you could re-take dropped quest. Thanks!

the quest told me to bring the hide back to seeker's passage, but it should hero's audience!

I've just done that one with my warrior today. I noticed the faulty description of the Minotaur's area, but not the fault in the description of where Cebrien was.

However, I just warped back to Heroes' Audience and accepted the reward, completing the quest successfully.

It may be worth just abandoning the quest and restarting it.

Did any of you with this issue report it to GW Support team so they can rectify the problem?

Yep...I found the same thing. I did a /bug report, hopefully they're reading them

I wondered the same thing on another issue posted here. They responded that they do still read them.
